Our Industrial Strategy (IES) targets larger nonhomogeneous estates with a diversity of product type and tenants that support active asset management initiatives to drive attractive returns. Institutions are seeking increased portfolio exposure to industrial, enabling sub-sector differentiation and platform growth opportunities.  

Traditional supply chains are being redefined due to changing consumer behaviour, technological developments and automation. Our logistics strategy targets BBOX assets in high conviction sub-markets, where sustained demand and limited Grade A supply supports rental growth. We generate value by repositioning existing assets, expediting time to market, lowering development risk and allowing for more affordable rents compared to new build stock. 

The office is undergoing generational and transformative change both from an occupational and investor standpoint. However, the fundamentals remain the same; location, relevancy of product, optimisation and efficiency of space and sustainability. Our office strategy is opportunity driven, executed on an asset-by-asset basis with a biopic focus on Central London. We adopt a philosophy of “affordability in proximity”, targeting repositioning opportunities that offer occupiers with compelling, cost-effective alternatives to the best assets.
